Welcome to SURR #5!
While the rest of the world rushes into new year's ambitions, our Northern city moves at its own pace: one marked by long nights and (as of yet, still) elusive sunlight. This month's digest mirrors this quieter season, offering a more focused selection of exhibitions, gatherings, and moments for connection.
As mentioned in SURR 04, paid subscriptions will gradually roll out to help sustain this project. As a working artist curating these digests, your support would help to ensure SURR's continued existence. So, if you find this newsletter helpful, please consider pledging to be a future paid subscriber (paid subscribers will receive additional digests and perks) — and sharing it with your community.
I'm temporarily pausing SURR SPOTLIGHT to build it out into a more in-depth interview series celebrating local artists, creators, and community builders.

Be well & stay warm,
— Ludi (SURR’s Founder)
